1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted).
• Usage data: the tasks, plans and input you and your household members record in the app.
• Payment data: processed by Mollie on our behalf; we do not see or store full card or bank details ourselves.
• Technical data: device type, IP address, general usage statistics.

3. What we use this data for

• To provide the Service and manage your account.
• To process and invoice subscriptions.
• To improve the app.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

4. Confidentiality of your content

We use the content of your tasks, messages and plans within ROOM solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not look at this content ourselves, except where necessary to solve technical problems or when you ask us to (for example with a support request).

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the contract (your subscription), our legitimate interest (product improvement) and, where applicable, your consent (for example for marketing communication).

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with parties that help us deliver the Service, namely:

• Mollie (payment processing).
• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication).

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and after that for as long as legally required for accounting obligations (usually 7 years for invoicing data).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at lies@leadingmoms.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

10. Cookies

We use functional cookies that are necessary for the website and the app to work. We only use analytics cookies if you have explicitly consented to them.

11. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy. The most recent version is always on this page.

12. Waiting list before launch

If you leave your email address on the waiting list, we use that address solely to email you once, when ROOM goes live. We keep your address until the launch has taken place and delete the list no later than 30 days afterwards. You can ask to be removed at any time via lies@leadingmoms.be.
